I originally had four restorations in this section, but then decided that the original resolution was too low, and the resulting restorations were lacking.
I left one, which was taken in 1916, and the restoration came out nice, even for an 8-bit sample.
I am working to find some higher resolution samples to replace the removed images in this section.
The one I included, I think shows that socially relevant pictures can have a great impact when restored, and we can identify more closely with the subject.
